Good hotel, placed close to the center, but in a somewhat desert area, new (...the shower was waist level...) and had a good breakfast (no more than good). But the guys at the front desk are not very friendly. At first they just don't speak english very well (ok, I don't either) but at the check out, the girl REFUSED... more

Myself and the missus stayed here in January, very cold weather, but utterly breathtaking city. The hotel is next to Charles Bridge, everything is walking distance. We were met at the airport by a chauffeur who was polite and pleasant. At the hotel we were given lots of information by a lovely smiley receptionist who could not have been more... more

We booked these apartments from 21st-23rd June 2008. We arrived at 11.30 but were unable to book in until 2.00 pm. We then went on a tour through Prague which was brilliant. We then checked in at 5.30 pm and were surprised when they gave us our room. It was on the top floor and the hall lights were broken... more
