On my second trip to Mazatlan in 2007, we specifically looked for and reserved a sailing excursion aboard Bula. The day was beautiful, the crew of two was excellent and spoke and understood English. Gilberto Hulse, the boat owner, was at the dock to board everyone at 9 A.M. and again to wish us well when we returned at 2:30P.M.... more
