Pros: Beautiful and large rooms, immaculate surroundings, nice breakfast and mostly free internet access (4$ euros for the duration of your stay). The proprietor was nice and there was a generously large balcony overlooking the nearby mountains. Cons: Late check-in fee (after 7:30 or so), somewhat outside of town and mosquitos. We have just returned from three weeks touring Austria and Germany and without doubt the pension sallerhof is the place to stay, the location was perfect for touring around Salzburg.
