Worst hotel stay in years. Way too expensive for what it offers. Place looks tired despite having had a "facelift". Staff do not care one bit about anything. - room on the upper level looked nice however, toilet seat had not been cleaned (quite 'fresh' pee lines on the outside), bed was so soft that your bottom almost touched the... more

Husband and I stayed here for 7 nights October 2008, with our 5 year old and 8 year old sons. Our first experience of a real resort (ie not just a hotel with a pool) in Australia. Excellent gardens, beautiful lagoon for boating and swimming, swimming pool and activities (kayaking, catamarans, bikes) . Gorgeous views, even from our lowest priced... more

Our family loved this resort particularly for the wildlife and the ability to interact with Australian families. We stayed in a huge two bedroom adjoining King Suite which was very pretty. There were wild turkeys, and an assortment of beautiful birds which woke you up in the morning with heavenly songs that I did not hear with such intensity elsewhere... more

WHAT A VERY VERY TIRED AND DATED PLACE THIS IS. THERE ARE MANY FAR BETTER OPTIONS ON THE SUNSHINE COAST FOR THE MONEY. I've seen other reviews here that compare the 'RESORT' to a tarted caravan park and we support that view. Here's our over view * Check in - A joke - had to join a long que up... more

Thank you for taking the time to submit feedback from your recent stay with the Novotel Twin Waters Resort. I was disappointed to learn of impression our resort created. Please accept my sincere apologies for shortcomings you experienced. Having recently completed a multi-million dollar refurbishment of a majority of the resort, including our guest rooms and dining venues, I was...

Had a weekend here for a relaxing time. Found it difficult to relax at meal times with children running around, so we either went to breakfast early or dined offsite. Beach is a short walk away for great strolls along the long long isolated beach. Rooms were clean and quiet. Gardens are tranquil and found bush turkeys and a wallaby... more

We stayed at Novotel Twin Waters for our Anniversary. I was quite dissapointed. It is over priced for what you get and lacking some simple features that could make it a great stay. ROOM SERVICE: Extremely limited! 12pm - 10pm ONLY. Very limited menu. Mostly Asian Stir Frys and Currys served in a Tiffin, all other food is served in... more

Definitely not what we were expecting from the advertising. Tired and run-down with very little consideration for the comfort of guests. Many items in the room were well worn and needed replacing. The cleanliness of the room was only just acceptable. The facilities external to the room were not maintained to a "resort" standard. I could only describe the place... more

This year has been a memorable birthday for me when my husband and I decided to treat the rest of our family for a 2-night stay at Novotel Twin Waters Resort at the Sunshine Coast. They were so excited! We've been to this resort twice before and knew that our family would love the place as much as we did.... more

We stayed just one night and enjoyed our stay. The resort is still being refurbished and as we stayed a saturday night, there was only one restaurant operating which was a seafood buffet @$58 per person. We had a huge lunch in Noosa and were still full so opted not to have the buffet...so where to from here? We had... more

I was blown away with Twin Waters, the first steps I took through the reception area... the beautiful views of the lake...the resorts accommodating & professional staff... the many family-friendly activities. My time at the resort was an instant stress reliever and I was very content with my newly re-furbished room. My only regret was I couldn't stay longer, I... more
