Made a reservation on hotel website [--] on Oct 1 2008 for one night stay for two on April 14 2009. Had to cancel five days later. Was charged $50 for cacellation which was done more then six months in advance. Cancellation policy on web site is poorly written . Also have printed documentation that reservation was for two and... more

My 4th stay at Sirena was quite enjoyable and a great value, especially on Anguilla. SIrena's staff was very warm and welcoming, and the quaintness of the hotel is apparent when you come to see the same guests each day at breakfast, on the beach, and having a drink before dinner. A single traveler, I stayed in a room on... more

i have just returned from Sirena and wanted to say how great the experience was. firstly, the staff are the friendliest group i have ever met, the girls behind the bar, the reception team, Steve the GM could not heve been more welcoming and friendly. this is a really quite and peaceful place, set in lovely mature gardens, not those... more

Dear Stylist: We remember you, you are like family (wesley). It was a pleasure to serve you and will truly miss your presence at our resort. We miss having you at the cocktail party. I hope to see you soon. Steve and all at Sirena.

Unfortuntely this hotel has really gone downhill since out first stay years ago. Dirty rooms (Bedding, bath towels, many bugs, musty odor). Noisy-Doors slamming-employees yelling. Grounds need cleaning up-Cigarette butts, trash everywhere. The staff is just inexcusable. They act as if you are bothering them if you ask them anything. Food is horrible-Overpriced and very small portions. Wine is undrinkable.... more

Dear BeachLover088: Let me first beginning by apologizing for your horrible experience at my hotel. At Sirena we pride ourselves on giving 100%, 100% of the time. I must state that I am a bit perplexed by your comments. Our hotel completed a $1.5 Million renovation last year including all new furnishing and bedding. Our employees are the best on...

Sirena is a moderately priced hotel near the west end of Anguilla. The hotel itself was recently modernized and now presents a very Miami (South Beach) decor. The restaurant/main pool area is extremely romantic, particularly at night. Room furnishings look Balinese, with lots of dark wood. The foliage on the property is nice but could use more attention: the area... more

I must say that I absolutely loved the hotel. I went to Sirena on for a getaway with my fiancé’ and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Sirena is a gorgeous hotel and very well kept. We had a superior double and the view o the ocean was one of the best I’ve seen. the restaurant (Mahi Mahi) was... more

Having read many reviews and now experienced the hotel for ourselves it is hard to form an easy view of our few days at Sirena and it is easier to see why it does have such mixed feedback. Positives: Fantastic beach at Meads Bay. Will be interesting to see what happens to the beach once the new hotel next door... more

I recently returned from a trip with my wife during the low season - with some mixed feelings. I found the overall appearance of our room to be good, but there was insufficient extermination, and as a result, we were terrorized by bugs. The last day, there was no water in the morning due to a shortage. There was also... more

I gotta say, I am really surprised to see so many great reviews for this hotel. While the property itself is pretty good, particularly for the price, the service was ATROCIOUS. The room: We knew not to expect too much for the price. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. Had a very small terrace and working fan... more

This was a great resort. We found it to be quiet, intimate and located near a wonderful beach. If you like gambling, shopping and lots of people and activities, this is not the place for you. As for the walk to the beach, its about 5-6 minutes. You go through the garden and wind around to a long, walled path... more
