Unfortuntely this hotel has really gone downhill since out first stay years ago. Dirty rooms (Bedding, bath towels, many bugs, musty odor). Noisy-Doors slamming-employees yelling. Grounds need cleaning up-Cigarette butts, trash everywhere. The staff is just inexcusable. They act as if you are bothering them if you ask them anything. This was a great resort. We found it to be quiet, intimate and located near a wonderful beach. If you like gambling, shopping and lots of people and activities, this is not the place for you.
