We were really disappointed in this hotel - room was sorely needing a coat of paint and a good clean. French windows wouldn't budge to open so made room feel more dingy. The Hotel Casa Granda is a fine building in need of a make over. Good situation at main square but be prepared for hustlers who marred our visit to Santiago de Cuba.
