My husband and I stayed at Melia Las Americas for seven days and we really enjoyed our stay. I heard many negative comments about the food beforehand but honestly, the food was great. I was staying there for only two nights with friends on my recent Caribean and Central America trip. The location of the hotel is great, it has a nice beach with enough chairs, a nice pool, poolbar, different restaurants, a club, a theatre, a bistro etc. Everything you would expect from a five star all inclusive resort in the Caribean.... more
