Arrived at 11pm oct 28, one staff at desk took an hour to check in. Looks not bad when you first walk in and pool area looks nice.. I was surprisingly happy with our flight through Sunwing, although we were delayed for an hour or so, they explained the reason and got us on our way. This was a travel agent special trip... I knew that this was not the best hotel to be at, but I was curious about this hotel.
