The hotel has sustained almost no damage from any hurricane. The lobby bar has been improved with a major move from one end to the middle of the area. The only thing really missing was lobster on the menu at the beach restuarant at night and because of damage to crops the fruit and vegetables were the same every day... more

Nicest beach in Varadero.... We had the concierge service which was nice. Not the end of the world if you don't have it. Locals are not half as pushy as in Dominican when it comes to selling stuff.
