Interesting place to spend you time in Cuba. The food is basic, plain, but healthy. The service is fine and the rooms are from bad to good. Try and stay in the rooms above the lobby, as others can be dark and have noisy air conditioners. Cuban people use the hotel too so you feel less like a tourist, separate... more

Right - you're not paying $500 a night in this hotel so your expectations should reflect this. The location is good enough and the 2 bedroom apartment we had was spacious.
