It's important to distinguish between your overall holiday experience, which is highly subjective and dependent on many things a hotel has no control over (like the weather or drunk Russians) and a more objective assessment of a hotel's service and standards. What can I say....10/10!! My girlfriend and I have just returned from a 2 week stay in the Blau and would have been happy to stay longer.
