To decide on this property we reserached Trip Advisor and decided to stay here for our first 10 days of our honeymoon. Was a long journey from Vancouver, BC, but was well worth it. The Lodge is very simple, grounds are very well kept and has a lot of different flora and fauna. The Iguanas were a sight to see... more

We used our time share exchange for this visit thru Interval International. Our exchange was for a two bedroom villa. Upon arrival we were taken to a Garden Villa. I ask our bellman Edmonds if an upgrade would be possible for an Ocean View. He called the front desk about our request. I talked with Herbert Castillo front office manager... more

We stayed in a Lodge Garden View One Bedroom Suite and really liked it. The living area was an outside deck with a kitchen off to the side. Inside the room was the bed , shower and toilet. The toilet was a separate room (large closet size). The room was air conditioned and had a ceiling fan. the room had... more

I don’t want to be repetitive, but let me say that all the positive things being said here were true. We found that the Oceanfront Studio was the best option for a family like ours (2 kids, 2 adults): our own home in the Island …….sometimes, seated at the patio, any noise could be heard…….and it felt like you were... more

We spent four nights in this resort after 14 days yachting in Lesser Antilles, so that we were looking for something more quite. We booked the Ocean Front Studio. We really appreciated: the room size and equipment (really large one, stylish, two terraces, view of sunset above ocean...), surroundings (houses are placed in the beautiful garden...), access to the beach,... more

We spent over a week here with a couple of days in the Garden View Studio and the rest of the stay in the Ocean Front Studio. The name implies that it's the same room but one has a garden view while the other has an ocean side view - but the rooms are nothing alike. The Ocean Front is... more

I read many reviews of this Lodge before booking and like many other people wonder how this place could be so affordable even in the off-season. We stayed 6 days and 5 nights in the end of August. We had a Garden room. The room itself was clean but minimal, 2 beds, standup shower, TV etc. The air conditioner kept... more

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in an ocean view studio. It was fabulous - a very large long room with 2 double beds and a pull out bed, kitchen area and bathroom. Loads of storage space for 4 people. I loved the 2 patios, one of which had soft comfy chairs and the second had chairs and a... more

Our 3 night stay at the Lodge began with a fruit cocktail offered to us by the friendly staff upon check in...it only got better. Curacao has more things in common with a desert than a tropical island, but it is distinctly caribbean. The Lodge's location, isolated from the tourist areas is a tranquil paradise; the pastel colors of our... more

We stayed here for about four days and for me it was one of the best hotels in the Caribbean - and we have been to a few. The hotel isn't in town but they provide a free shuttle which you can take. It collects you at the end of the day and that is plenty to sightsee around the... more
