I can see why Tripadvisor members rated this #11 of all the hotels in Acapulco. This was one reason I booked it (great place at a reasonable price). By booking online last fall, I was able to get a room at about one-third the rate posted in the lobby. For a few dollars more, get the deluxe room. The Fiesta... more

My boyfriend and I just spent 6 days at the Fiesta Inn. We liked the fact that the hotel was on the smaller side and not overwhelming. We arrived on a Monday afternoon with not many people around. By Thursday night, the crowds started to roll in. We were happy with most aspects of this hotel for the price. Our... more

Stayed June 29 to July 2, 2007. Rooms: Very clean and nicely decorated. Every room has a nice view to the sea. Air conditioning was noisy but kept the room cool. Staff: Very friendly and polite, esp. at the restaurant. Location: Very convenient location in the Costera road, near restaurants, bars, etc. Pool: Two small pools. So, so. Beach: IMO... more

Don't waste you time and stay anywhere else! Every other hotel just doesn't have the view of this hotel. we were so fortunate to get a corner room. They appologized profusely as we checked in and said they would move us the next day. WHY? I thought because it was the 3rd floor? Once we got in the room I... more

The staff was friendly, the room clean and convenient. I found the swimmimg pool a little bit small. New buildings are in construction on both sides of the hotel but you should have a partial sea view though. The hotel location is convenient, just a few steps to restaurants and bars, but it can get noisy, our room was at... more

I stayed in the Fiesta Inn for the second time from March 12-19 2007. I was definatly not dissapointed. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff was polite and even though they didn't all speak english, I didn't really expect them to seeing as English is NOT the offical language in Mexico. Even when there were language... more

Rooms are large and well furnished. Ask for a corner room and you'll get an incredible view over the bay of Acapulco. Air conditioning is noisy, but the room is staying quite cool despite the outside temperature of 35 (high nineties) We eat out mostly, so can't say what the food is like. this is Easter week, and it's pretty... more

We stayed at the fiesta inn from March 7 -- March 12, 2007. The rooms were not very clean. The food from the hotel was not good either. Luckily we found Mangos just down the street. The reception area didnt have american speaking individuals therefore not many could help you in a crisis situation. My overall experience at this hotel... more
