We stayed at the Park Royal Ixtapa during president week. There were nine of us 7 adults and 2 teenagers. We initially had a problem with the Delta flight out of NY---there were crabs(!!) in the airplane hold that they couldn't remove so our flight was delayed for 3 hours. We just got back from a week vacation at this resort. We had a great room with a great view. The staff did everything they could to help us and they were very friendly. Lunch and breakfast were very good. We did not eat at the hotel for dinner. We prefered to go into town to try the local resturants.... more
