The toll free number on their website does not work. Sent them 3 emails and got no response. Finally got an actual phone number for them and confirmed room twice to make sure I got deluxe ocean view which I did. Service is VERY BAD. If you are a gringo you get treated like dirt. This is a authentic hotel that has been here for about 50 years and is not a high rise! We seek out the smaller properties for the better service and rustic charm. The Beach here was fabulous and did not have the hoards of trinket sellers asking and interrupting your sun rays. Food was good and the price was excellent.... more
