We really enjoyed the Royal Villas and the time of the year we went. It was lovely to sit in the indoor/outdoor dining area for breakfast! The view was really beautiful and the wait staff was exceptional. They were all very attentive and nice. Breakfast food was delicious, if you enjoy Mexican Style Huevos (eggs), beans, bacon, etc. The 4... more

Comming from a 5 Star Resort in Lake Tahoe, Service is everthing to me. This Resort is the best! Buy the All Inclusive $595. It was the best investment! At the end of the week I tallied my stay as if I were at home in Tahoe. I figure i would have spent at least $5000, just on food &... more

We stayed the week of March 29th, 2008. It was a great hotel and room. There is five in our family and we had plenty of room and needed the 2 bathrooms. The staff were all friendly and the maid did a great jopb keeping our room clean. Beds are comfortable. The guys at the beach were great and really... more

We Stayed at Royal Villas Janaury 7th to 14th, 2008. We went through RCI so AI is mandatory. But it was SOOO worth it. We were on the 8th floor of the hotel. So we had a huge balcony that overlooked the pool and the ocean, it was so peaceful at night. Yeah you could hear Gus Gus. But its... more

We stayed at the Royal Villas January 7-14th 2008 and we had a blast. My sister-in-law works for RCI so she got us the room. There was 6 of us total and we all got the AI and it was great. Our room was awsome, it was clean and they always made sure our fridge was stocked with what we... more

Hello, I stayed at the Royal Villas through RCI last November and I wanted to get away for a long weekend, so I decided to go back to Royal Villas. (2/28 - 3/2) I was a bit concerned because this time I booked the room through Orbitz rather then a time share, but the service and the room were excellent.... more

We also take along another family with kids 6 and 12. The folks at Royal Villas have always treated us great. The rooms are... more

Wow. This was a terrible stay. From the check in, the harassment about the timeshares started. At first we were nice about it and said that we did not want to buy a timeshare. And then, 2 days later the harassments began again so were just firmly told them that we were not interested in the ******* share and to... more

Just returned from Royal Villas after a ten day stay. While there is very little WRONG with Royal Villas, there is very little GREAT either.Check in was fine, room was acceptable, yet at night the band at Gus Gus across the street plays loudly until 1:00a.m. so request a room on the lefy or ocean side. Bed was comfortable, housecleaning... more

My daughter-in-law works for RCI, and was able to get a week at Royal Villas. Six of us went and had a wonderful time, the people at Royal Villas were all wonderful, very friendly, helpful. We had the all inclusive plan, and we made the most of it. Would go back at any time. Jesus and all the staff were... more
