LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION We arrived to the busy comercial tourist zone, people everywhere, noise factor with cars, trucks, restaurants, bars, shopping and we were hot and tired. We pulled the bell, walked into a glorious courtyard, surrounded by tropical plants, humming birds floating around and a great umbrella cover over the huge mexican tile table. Relaxation was immediate, we had come... more

We stayed overnight and loved the location and the atmosphere. The breakfast was great and we will definitely return for another stay. The whole setup is very professionally done but still feeling of being at home. Very relaxing visit to a great B&B. more

Found a great little B&B in the heart of the Golden Zone in Mazatlan. We enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts and found the accommodation extremely comfortable and cozy. We got to start the day of with a great home cooked breakfast. I would definately recommend Captain Moe's to couples or families. more

I only stayed at Captain Moe's B&B for one night, but what a GREAT experience I had! I will return! If you are the kind of person who enjoys staying with people who are genuinely kind and helpful in a clean, quiet and comfortable setting, then you need to spend some time with Dorothy, Captain Moe, and Zoe...their Jack Russell.... more

This is one of the friendliest B&Bs I have ever used. Moe and Dorothy make you feel totally at home and can tell you all the good and bad sites in Mazatlan. Rooms are great, food is wonderful and the free phone calls are a very welcome luxury (along with wireless). Been staying in Mazatlan ofr over 10 years and... more

We stayed three nights and enjoy the atmosphere, hospitality and comfort. Great way to begin our Mazatlan vacation in relaxed atmosphere in the middle of town. We walked to resturants and took the bus to see the sights. Can only say positive about the facility and our hosts. In addition coffee and fruit were always available, not just breakfast. We recently enjoyed and delightful 6 day stay with Captain Moe, Dorothy and Zoe, their Jack Russell. They are located on a quiet residential street in the Golden Zone very convenient to restaurants, activities, and bus lines. All the spotlessly clean rooms open into a quiet garden courtyard and have very comfortable beds (not common in Mexico). A large roof... more
