We spent Easter week at the Ritz and can't say enough about the friendly, professional staff and elegance of this hotel. Right down to the last maid and gardener greet you with a smile and a Buenos Dias every time you pass by. Wow! This is all we can say - what a great resort. Every restaurant is over the top. The one exception is the Casistas in the evening which is good but not a must. The other restaurants are out of this world. The rooms are terrific and the staff is superior. more
