As a first time Palace Resort guest, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted each morning by the same waiters and the concierge was very helpful to all of our needs. Very new and clean property! Rooms excellent, but request ocean front. All inclusive service was terrific, food and drinks excellent. Breakfast and Lunch were perfect for us and hungry kids.
