Not a bad hotel for the money but it's away from the beach. I didn't mind though and I made a couple friends an was able to find some really good eat with-in walking distance and a pretty good disco scene :-) You can catch a bus to the beach, but if you are a spring breaker don't stay here.... more

Umm, if you need to be downtown, I guess this place will do. I was there first week of April in transit to Cuba. My travel agent booked it because the price was right, although there are better options near the airport. Found a good bakery for breakfast, when you leave front door head to your right past tennis courts.... more

This hotel is located downtown Cancun one street from the main one. The lobby is modern and has a martini bar but the sofa were not as comfortable as they seemed. There is a restaurant that offer a buffet for 16.50$. A bit expensive since they offer nothing fancy and the ambiance and decoration is not very pleasant or attractive.... more

This is a good place for those who want to skip the expensive hotel zone in Cancun. It's central, clean, and up-to-date; the staff is pleasant, and overall, it provides decent value for the money. All the details and photos on their website are pretty much as advertised. I'd stay here again if travelling to Cancun. more

We stayed at the Radisson for 4 nights. It was very pretty, the staff was very helpful, though they tried hard to understand english and help in everyway. The balconies were nice to sit out on, room service was very good. If you want to stay in a nice quite and reasonable hotel this is the one. If you prefer... more

We stayed here as we had read that the shuttle and beach club passes made up for the hotel not being on the beachfront, however these services had been suspended by the time we stayed. It is a nice hotel and certainly cheaper than the beach front ones, but the taxi fares to the beach are expensive so if you... more

Radisson Hotel Hacienda Cancun, is an older property which tries, but just doesn’t quite make it. The rooms are dated, and lightly decorated with relatively bare walls and somewhat cold lighting using relatively high wall lamps using the new energy saving florescent bulbs. Our room also failed on the safety test, in that the in-room-safe was locked from the prior... more

We stayed here over the 2008 New Years holiday. Check in was not a breeze. We arrived at 2:30 p.m. but could not check in until around 4 p.m. because rooms were not ready by the 3 pm check in time. If you are looking for accomodations in the hotel zone near the beach, this is not the place for... more

After spending one week in Isla Mujeres, we were scheduled to leave on an early morning flight. Since the ferry out of Isla Mujeres would not have gotten us to the airport on time, we decided to stay at a moderately priced hotel in downtown Cancun. We booked one night at the Radisson through Priceline, and to be honest, we... more

It is my second time at this hotel. Last time we spent only a night and I thought the hotel was OK. However this time we decided to take a winter break on a budget and we decided to head to the Radisson Cancun again. We were a little reluctant to stay at the Radisson due to its center location.... more
