Lavish resort with superior amenities and fabulous dining. Mikado's or the Argentine restaurant are wonderful choices. Rooms feature flat panel tvs and impeccable decor. Next door to JW Marriott which you may use during your stay and charge items to your room. The beach is still recovering from the hurricaines as we have visited this same resort for many years... more

Just got back from a vacation with my daughter, sister and niece. We stayed at the Casa Magna and had a great time. As stated in other reviews the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and neat (thank you Luis), the pool is nice and the beach was great. I'm not sure why people complain about... more

Excellent hotel overall. The arrival is simply amazing with a great lobby that is very well decorated and has great scents. The service was spectacular and the hotel facilities were very good. The pool area is good, though simple in design. The restaurant options are great as you can also use the JW Marriott next door (they are connected). Mikado's... more

Our family (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 8-year-old) stayed at the Casa Magna in mid-April 2008. The hotel is absolutely lovely and the staff was terrific, friendly and helpful. Complaints about the shallow depth of the beachfront are overexaggerated. There is ample area to swim and the water was wonderful. If you do not plan to venture out and sample... more

My boyfriend and I, who are in our mid-20s had Marriott points to use and wanted to go out of the country. After some reading up and deciding, we picked Cancun, and the Marriott CasaMagna Resort. The pictures are 100% accurate. The place is spotlessly clean, the lobby is grand, the pool is immaculate, and the staff is friendly (although... more

We just got back and had such a great time. The Casa Magna is probably one of the best hotels in Cancun and in my opinion has the best beach. Everyone that worked there was extremely helpful. We went there using Marriott Reward points, but ended up upgrading to a Caribbean suite. It was well worth the cost of the... more

My husband and I visited this hotel with 20 and 30 somethings that went for a wedding of a good friend. Some of us found the all inclusive available on Expedia.com and it really was worth it! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! There is a swim up pool bar and we didn't find the beach bar until the last day,... more

A group of friends and I stayed here over the course of our spring break. We looked into the infamous spring break spots (i.e. Oasis hotels) but felt that an all-inclusive plan was not for us. Plus, after visiting the Oasis hotel for a day (two hotels down) we were glad that we chose the CasaMagna. Despite the all-you-can eat... more

We just got back from a 5 day stay at the Marriott and it was one of the best hotels I have ever been it. We had a gardenview suite on the first floor and it was just steps from the pool, which was also very nice. The rooms were gorgeous and very roomy. Bed was very comfortable. The staff... more
