Brand new hotel. We missed our flight leaving Cancun while we were on vacation in Akumal. We had to stay the night in Cancun. Our rental car agent booked us a room here. It is brand new. Clean. Budget-based. Much like a Microtel Inn in the United States. Inexpensive. They provided some toiletries, very prompt service, lots of extra towels... more

This was a mistake. There is nothing near, or at this hotel (unless you want to shop at the mall across the road). The room smelled stale and anyone I dealt with made no attempt to speak the slightest bit of English. I was even unable to get a receipt for the stay. more
