Just wanted to let everyone know that The Royal in Cancun overbooks its rooms so be prepared to not have a room when you arrive EVEN IF YOU CHECK IN ONLINE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE. We are seasoned travelers to Cancun ....over 10 times to top resorts including...Moon Palace, Secrets Excellence Riveria, El Dorado, Royal.....Etc. We Have paid more for some, but hands down, Royal Cancun beats them all. We seek all-inclusive, we seek adults only....we want a great pool, a great view and good service.....Royal delivered.
