The smell was almost gagging, there happens to be a lovely sewage plant up the road that serenades the air. The bellmen were lazy and the receptionists were rude. There were bugs in the room and the water on the beach was brown and murky. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me to. You cant expect too much... more

We booked through American Airlines Vacations. We were very disappointed. We went to Cozumel specifically for the clear, blue water- which was available at the hotel next door.
