Excellent hotel. There were things i didn't like however you need to look at the bigger picture, there are no kids, its quiet, there are only 250 rooms and the food is not buffet. Just returned after 2 weeks at this fantastic hotel. The whole experience from arriving at Cancun airport to returning to Cancun airport was just what we expected from a 5 star holiday.
