Hotel is a very old building, there is a loading/unloading zone along the street (no large area for parking), and regular parking is across the street at the Bay parkade. When we arrived we were told the hotel parking was full and directed us to the parkade accross the street. We were not informed that they had vehicle break ins regularly. This hotel looks nice from the outside. The lobby reeks of smoke. The carpet in the rooms looks old and dirty as do the windows. No one vacuums behind the furniture either. You could hear other guests talking (not even being loud) in other rooms. This hotel is ready for the bulldozer! more
