Had a wonderful stay- Good prices and very comfortable and clean rooms. Really good restaurant. We eat at Rics Grill for every special occasion because we know it will be a perfect experience. I would stay at this hotel again before I considered any others in Kamloops. more

We stayed here for a couple of nights over the Christmas break in order to get some skiing in Overpriced, considering the location, which is approx. 50-60 minutes from the ski hill (Sun Peaks). I've stayed at the sheraton many times and it has always been pleasant.There are many activities for the kids to do and the pool,whirlpool,and waterslide are great.This hotel is also very central there are many restaurants and the mall is nearby. more

Stayed here for one night. Room clean and a good size, loved the Sheraton sleeper bed, very comfortable. We made good use of the hotel pool (no one else was in there), enjoyed the water slide. more

The best hotel in Kamloops! The gym has all new equipment with T.V. screens attached to each piece. Staff was very friendly...previous comments I have read by other travellers must have hit someone on a bad day. Happens. Cleanliness of the rooms is nothing like I've ever seen.
