Along with many other families we stayed at this hotel for spring break. We were up on the 27th floor with a great view of Vancouver harbour and Stanley Park. Large room with two double beds as well as a sitting area with couch and chair. All the amenities we needed. Our bathroom was just plain white. We don't mind... more

My husband I and I stayed at this hotel last week. I travel a lot with work and I have never had such I terrible hotel. It was an apartment building built in the 70's and you can tell. I do not think that anything has been done to the building since then. I felt like my room was grama's... more

We had a great weekend stay here when we booked on the spur of the moment in June 2007 for the jazz festival in Vancouver. The best part of the stay was the outstanding views from the room, which had a windy little balcony off the large sliding full length glass windows. I would definitely request a room high up,... more

We have stayed here several times. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and right on Denman Street with many dining and drink choices in the area. You can walk up the side street to view the West End neighborhood as well. The hotel rooms are average and somewhat in need of a re-decoration but... more

The Coast Plaza Hotel is a good hotel for a short break in Vancouver, i would not reccomend to stay here for long periods of time. The exterior of the hotel looks a bit shabby but the hotel is at least making an effort in improving this. The hotel is located well in the downtown district. There are many small but pleasant... more

Nice surprise for a 3 1/2 * hotel booked through Hotwire for $74/night. Large room with queen bed and kitchen facilities with microwave and refrig. Excellent location near Stanley Park with indoor parking at the hotel for $17/night. The hotel looked modern, but could stand some minor updating. Long walk to the waterfront, we drove to all attractions. more

Arriving here on September 3rd for 6 nights with my wife to celebrate 35 years of marriage was a godsend after a horrific 3 nights in Kamloops. From the moment we pulled up in the hire car to transferring our luggage to our room the staff could not have been more helpful. ( nice of the front of house guy... more

We booked a five night summer package from the 4th - 9th August in a one bedroom suite. The summer package entitled us to free parking and $25 vouchers for each night of our stay toward food in the hotel. The lobby area was comfortable if not inspiring but check-in was quick and we soon had the keys to our... more

Stayed here for three nights after getting a good rate on Priceline. We had a room on the 14th floor which had a great view, would have been better with a higher floor but was still good. Very quiet, large room with a small walk out balcony. It was very clean, as others have said the decor is tired. Didn't... more
