Stayed at the Fairmont Waterfront for three nights for a business conference. I was surprised and disappointed given the Fairmont's excellent reputation. My boyfriend & I stayed here in Feb 07 for 3 days before we went to Whistler..... I stay in a lot of hotels in the UK for work, Hilton/Marriott etc - but the Fairmont service was second to none - although maybe that's Canadian service for you as opposed to the UK?
