My husband, 16 yoa grandson and I spent 3 nights at the Delta Pointe Resort. We loved our room with the harbor view. Everything was clean and in good working order. Very plain slightly seedy and marginally clean. Looks like a former Holiday Inn or Best Western with new paint. Decent location view wise but have to walk across a bridge and a park full of bums to get to main area. It is very remote once you get there.
