We arrived early via motorcycle and were able to check in by 12:30 as our rooms were ready ahead of schedule. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Minutes after we checked in, a hotel staff person came to our room to ask if there was anything they could do for us, we found a problem with an outlet... more

Shower curtain could use a replacement, carpet was spotty and in need of a cleaning. Windows, mirrors were smeared and TV reception was not all that good. Hotel just needs tended too, but not that bad that it has bugs or really nasty. Just worn! Housekeeping was good! They took care of what they could in rooms. Towels were replaced... more

Not a very nice hotel. Quite old fashioned and a little dirty. I wouldn't stay again. Oh and front desk charged us an extra $60 because we checked out 15 minutes late. Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to get a whole lot more hotel somewhere else! more

Recently took a trip to Canada with some friends for a weekend. Upon arrival we were treated very rudely by one of the male receptionists. He asked us " what do you want " and told us that he might let us check in if we act normal. We were acting perfectly normal but one of my friends said Salut... more

My Mom & I stayed here in December on a 2 night special the hotel was offering, complete with 1 dinner, 2 breakfasts and a bottle of wine. We had a wonderful time, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice & clean and the food was great. Parking was also free, and we felt totally safe... more

We stayed for 2 nights and overall, the experience was very positive. The staff at the desk were more than polite and extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints there. The guy selling tours and whatnot was pretty pushy but eventually took no for an answer. Would really have liked to just be told where things were rather than have... more

This was our first trip to Canada. We found the hotel and booked within a few short weeks of our trip. The hotel staff both at the front desk and in the restaurant were great. The rooms were very nice. There was a little construction outside in the parking lot, but nothing really to complain about. No noise from construction,... more

I wish there was a scratch and sniff on the computer screen, because I definatly would have picked another hotel. You could smell the musty, old cigar smoke from the parking lot. It didn't smell of fresh cigars, the smell was of old, musty mildew and cigar smoke. The room was three times worse than the lobby. Definalty would not... more

Stayed there for 2 nights for our anniversary. My wife's co-worker had recommended it. It was $169 (cdn) for 2 nights. An incredible price! I asked if she knew a good hotel from a bad one. She said she did, so we booked it. The $169 was for 2 people, 2 nights, king bed, heart shaped jacuzzi, 1 dinner, 2... more
