We chose the Hyatt partly because we'd had a fantastic experience at the Hyatt in Tokyo in April this year. The Toronto Hyatt was a different story. We stayed 4 nights. I'd requested a quiet room on a high floor - I got neither, in fact our room was directly opposite the elevator which had a noisy hard floor in... more

I found the Park Hyatt Toronto to be typical off all the Park Hyatts I've stayed at. They're the Hyatt's attempt to be the equivalent of a Ritz or Four Seasons, but they don't quite make it. In the end, it's a good four-star hotel. The bed mattress and pillows were surprisingly hard, the sheets were rough. Small tube TV... more

Just got back from a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt. The hotel is beautiful, location fantastic and sevice could not have been better. Since I am sensitive to noise I had requested a room high up and away from the elevator. They booked me into a gorgeous room on the 11th floor in the North Tower-- right opposite the... more

I have travelled fairly extensively and was looking forward to our stay at the Park Hyatt Toronto. While I don't have any major complaints, it did not fulfill my expections for a Park Hyatt. The room was very small for a suite- furnishings seemed old and worn out and the TV must have been at least 10 years old. For... more

We stayed at the Park Hyatt a couple of times last month. It is a typical business hotel with the same typical rooms as most other "higher end" business chains. The rooms were comfortable if not large, the bathrooms nice enough if not any "wow" component. The location is the best feature. My main issue was with the service which... more

Aside from the breakfast, which was pretty good, I was totally unimpressed with the Park Hyatt. The service was especially lacking. Felt like only the high-end users were treated in a good way. not us standard room types. Same old, same old mediocre North American chain hotel. The couple times we called to have something brought up to the room... more

This was my fifth trip to toronto, but first staying at the Park Hyatt Toronto. I was able to get a AAA rate for $179, which I thought was amazing. For being such a low rate i expected to get a room on the 2nd floor that was very tiny, the exact opposite was the case. The room was on... more

Park Hyatt nearly gave me a heart attack the night before my wedding! Let's talk about one stress I didn't need...We booked our room a year in advance and even called the week before to confirm our non-smoking King. Lo & behold, upon check-in - they can't find our original reservation and try sticking us with (2) double beds. Because... more

We had a wonderful stay over one weekend. Our families had rooms in different spots in the hotel and this gave us a pretty good perspective of the different views and rooms. Every view that we saw, facing north or south, was spectacular. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I locked my self out and the front desk was... more

Hotel is big and high class, but the queen room in the older South tower was a bit small or maybe I should say poorly designed; lots of vain empty space near the entrance / bathroom which left only limited space to the room itself. Especially the bathroom was poorly designed: the door opened into the bathroom and when you... more
