Had to have them mop the bathroom because it was so dirty. They required us to sign a waiver regarding tracking mud into the room and not letting our dogs drink out of the ice bucket... It was too weird. The staff were far from friendly or easy to work with. The Internet was not working. Pets were not welcome... more
