I used Priceline to get a good deal on this hotel as an alternative to the much more expensive hotels in Vancouver and Burnaby. A bus stop is across the intersection and the Sky Train to Vancouver is a few miles away. Just pick up a $9 day pass at a nearby store and you can leave your car in... more

When I stayed there, there was a lot of construction. We could not get any sleep because one of the ropes from the construction banged against our wall all night. It took visits from four different staff members before they determined that it was not the air conditioner. No swimming pool, areas sectioned off, and access to a few other... more

Staying at the hotel right now, typing from it from the 9th floor, there is construction going on and its so annoying! The pool and hot tub are closed right now, so is their gift shop they say. The rooms are expensive and nothing is included with them. No fridge, no microwaves, nothing like that, bring your own! You do... more

I stayed here with a friend while she was on a business trip. This hotel is being renovated so note that there is a good deal of construction noise happening and that the pool is closed. If this is a concern for you, it would be best to call the hotel directly to see if this construction is still taking... more

I stayed here for one night while attending a function at the hotel and was surprised at how nice my room was. The bed was a very nice king size sleigh bed in a corner room with the great Sheraton Sweet Sleeper linens. One thing I noticed right away was that there was no mini bar. This is a plus... more

Stayed here for one night to visit Vancouver. Got a great price through Priceline (75% cheaper than staying downtown Vancouver) and the hotel exceeded expectations. Much about the rooms and common areas seemed to be fairly new. It was a short drive to park and take the train into Vancouver and breakfast the next morning was great. After we finished... more

Earlier this year my boyfriend and i stayed at the Sheraton Guildford. Our room was gorgeous and exactly as shown online. The service was excellent. We were given vouchers for our continental breakfast and towards dinner and drinks at night. The breakfast turned out to be a buffet with all our favourite hot breakfast items and was covered by the... more

We booked this room through Priceline, and were not disappointed. The check-in process was very smooth, and the room itself was large, clean, and comfortable. We checked in late and checked out early, so we really didn't do anything other than to wash up and sleep. While the washroom was a little small, we found that it had all the... more

Beds were great and our room was clean and quiet. I called and was told there were refrigerators in each room which isn't true. There wasn't a fridge in our room. We were charged approx $2.50 each time we dialed the toll free phone number to use our TELUS calling card. When I requested the charge for dialing a wrong... more

This hotel is one of the better ones we have stayed in.The hotel seems to have had recent renovations because it is very nice. The beds were comfortable, the pillows downright heavenly. This is something very important to me as I usually pack my own pillow to hotels because the pillows are so bad. The room/washroom was very clean and the bed... more
