The hotel is on a good seafront location, but a little hard to find. We paid £30 per person per night, and despite being told we would have two en suite rooms only one of our number had an ensuite. On Arrival hotel reception seemed ok, until we got took to our rooms, mirrors in hall ways you couldn't see through them. There was not enough parking outside of the hotel, the bar was never opened, breakfast was never served,and the room wasn't clean enough and gets very noisy (doors are too old & squeaky; toilet as well - can hear people taking showers & using the toilet). Staff was friendly on CHECK IN only, as soon as they got the money... more

We felt very hurt to receive a review as bad as this one is. We are a traditional, sea front, small, family run hotel and our rooms are personally cared for by ourselves. We have owned the hotel for 8 years and during that time have had some wonderful times with no complaints. Unfortunately the person concerned refused to vacate...
