Myself, my wife, and our pet cat stayed here when Ray ran the hotel. The food was excellent, more than enough to eat, and the bar was cosy. I used to "entertain" on the organ in the bar... it made the holiday for me. The only fault I can pick up on, is there when times when "football teams" came... more

I would recommend the colwyn hotel. I found the staff very obliging, the rooms were very clean and the cooked breakfast was very nice. Just returned from a very pleasant 5 day stay at the Colwyn. I found the hotel to be clean & comfortable, and the staff very helpful. indeed the manager Charles is very proffesional replying to e-mails before my arrival. My room was good. i,m a single mum and stayed for a week midd summer with my two young sons and dog. rooms were clean although maybe bit small if you have a pram, staff were extremley freindly and helpfull couldent do enough for us we are going back next year, highly recomended more
