Beyond providing guests with a nicely renovated historic building, the owner and staff were remarkably helpful and friendly. This is a charming place to stay. It feels more like a house-party than a business. There's even an honesty bar in the glorious Georgian drawing room. Apsley House Hotel is a wonderful find in Bath! From the start there is a car park space per room - highly needed as car parking is VERY expensive in Bath.
