On Staying here at the osborne hotel we found the rooms basic but clean, beds were uncomfortable but after a few drinks in the hotel bar on which stays open until you feel as if you need to go to bed. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Room was very spacious and bathroom clean. Breakfast was okay, could have been better - toast was brick hard, no veggie options. Good location to enjoy Jesmond and Newcastle. Would definately recommend staying here to friends. more

Second visit to this hotel and to be honest its not the Hilton but its definitely the most friendliest hotel in Newcastle.
