We booked this Hotel for the Bank Holiday having seen very positive reports on Trip Advisor. Unfortunately our experience did not match up. We stayed one night and made sure we asked for a refurbished room, which we were very satisfied with. Our relatives did not have a refurbished room which they said was ok but not as nice as ours. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights last summer. We were fortunate enough to stay in the older building, which we beleive may have been the old servants quarters. Had lots of charm and character and very spacious. The hotel is a short drive from Stratford Upon Avon and is set in lovely grounds, would definately recommend. more
