The guesthouse itself is very clean (if a little old fashioned) and very well located for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon - but then so are many, many others so I would recommend you stay elsewhere. Unless you don't mind being spoken to like a child and being made to feel totally uncomfortable as the landlady is quite simply neurotic. more

The presentation is impeccable - lovely garden, small but clean rooms, no problems here. Decent location, a short 5 minute walk to the main high streets of Stratford. My boyfriend and I stayed at this bed and breakfast and were greeted by a very friendly lady who was only too helpful to point out places of interests on a map however from thereon in it all went wrong.
