Stayed here for two nights and apart from problems with the room booking it was fine. I took this up with customer services and a satisfactory conclusion was reached. Stayed in a standard single room. Was wary after comments from last trip advisor customer comment. What a pleasant surprise. Doesn't deserve 4 stars, at least not for accomodation. The main parts of the hotel were ok but our room was dingy, stank of stale cigarette smoke, the bathroom had cracked tiles and generally felt unhygienic. Needs some urgent refurbishment. more
