The delightful welcome we received on arrival was the start of a superb night. Our party consisted of eight people so we were spread thro' the B&B. All rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. Colin and Fiona were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was superb and very relaxing. We will certainly be returning. more

We booked it for a special night away and were disappointed as the kitchen was not clean and the furniture in the sitting room grubby.There were no fresh flowers as stated in the website.The bathroom and bedroom were fine but the decked area would not be a pleasure to sit on due to bird mess although the grounds are lovely. more

Lovely place, very unusual and very good value. Fantastic location £6 - 7 in a taxi to St Andrews. Mix up with booking meant we only got one night rather than two. What a wonderful place. The title B&B doesn't do this country retreat justice. The rooms are beautifully decorated (great showers!), the guest lounge has a lovely roaring fire and a library, and the views are stunning.
