We stayed there 2 nights. Our room was in the garden annexe and it was perfect: clean, tidy and spacious. The breakfast was very good and the owner very kind. more

Had a long weekend in Aviemore to explore the Kincraig Wildlife Park, Boat of Garten and Cairngorm Mountain Range. Great welcome and the owner could not do enough to help me during my stay. Really good location with a wonderful view of Craigellachie National Nature Reserve from the breakfast table ! Yummy breakfast and the room was lovely so clean... more

We booked a family room for 2 nights stay for myself, husband and 10 year old son. I requested a family room for which I was charged £90 per night. The room was clean and pleasantly decorated. However, I was very disappointed at how small the room was. We had a double and single bed, which then left very little... more

We stayed here (in one of the chalet rooms) one night only (sadly) as part of a walking holiday package and were delighted. Everything was perfect. It was the best of many B&B, Guest Houses and hotels that I have stayed in.They even let us leave our car in their car park for free for a week, how's that for... more

I wanted to do a one day whisky tour in Scotland, and Aviemore seemed like the best place to base myself out of. From the reviews, and with our budget, this seemed like a great deal at 30 pounds per person. We were right - great find! This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station down... more

Stayed at this wonderful place for 1 night only and was reluctant to leave, we were in the chalets at the back of the hotel and they were spotless, very modern and extremely comfortable. we had 2 adults and 3 children in our party and although we were all in 1 room there was plenty of space. The breakfast was... more

Victorian house with guest rooms within and 4/5 wooden chalets in small pleasant courtyard at the rear. We were allocated 2 of the chalet rooms which appeared brand new. Very spacious, separate lobby big enough for all your ski gear, big big bathroom with fab shower but no bath. Bargain rate of £35 for single occupancy of one of the... more

I think Ravenscraig was the best Guesthouse (amongst some strong competition) that we stayed in during our 2 week tour of Scotland. The room was better than many hotels I have stayed in and breakfast was fantastic. Thank-you! more

We stayed at the Ravenscraig for 4 nights in March of this year and had a super time. The guest house is ideally situated to explore the incredible Highlands and surrounding areas. We had a 'chalet' at the back of the main building and were most impressed with the quality of the furnishings. The room was exceptionally clean. It was... more
