Expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel especially in Ireland where 4 star should mean 4 star. Main entrance and foyer isn't up to much, very basic. This is an excellent hotel. I have been to Killarney many, many times over the years and I've stayed in many hotels and Bed and Breakfasts. However, this was the best.
