We only stayed for two nights but next time it will be longer, The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful especially betty,she was a lovely lady, we met her in the restaurant and she was so friendly and the food was deliciousThe room was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We spent a wonderful weekend in Killarney. The Arbutus might not have flashy pools but they more than make up for it with their warm and friendly atmousphere. The staff were excellent and helpful (hallo to Betty and Vicky). A quiet charming and elegantly run hotel. Hope to see you again sometime. more

Very much enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nicely appointed. The staff could not do enough and the food was very good. An additional treat was the afternoon tea with assorted cakes and pasteries. The hotel is also located near all Killarney attractions. more
