I found this gem on an unplanned trip to Strasbourg. Located in the neighborhood near many of the consulates, this is a quiet and clean hotel. Staff at front desk excellent, kind, and speak English, which many do not here. Breakfast available in hotel- I did not try it- too busy in mornings.
