not good value for money small pokey room and even smaller bathroom. Shower could have done with a clean. Had to ask for a kettle even though it was stated in room facilities. Hotel arranged taxi to air[port got totally ripped off. Tried to charge us for breakfast even though we didn't have any. Very disappointed couple from Wales. Stayed... more

My wife, 2 year old and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in July. It is a great central location from which to explore the city by foot. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful with excellent English if required. Parking is not quite as bad as might be thought. While the hotel itself is difficult to... more

I recently stayed for 2 nights - on arrival I was sent to the annex around the corner, this was great as it gets virtually no traffic so very little noise. The reception staff could not have been nicer, helped me out in booking taxis etc - my French is not good! Rooms are OK - nothing special but they... more

The shower was great (its hard to find a good shower in some hotels!) The pillows however were so lumpy and very... more

When we arrived at the hotel we were directed, by a helpful young lady, to the annexe around the corner. Having read about it on Trip Adviser, at least I wasn't surprised by this turn of events! The receptionist in the annexe was really welcoming and helpful. Her colleague around the corner had phoned ahead to let her know that... more

We had a great stay at this Best Western. It's a great location in the lovely city of Bordeaux. Walking distance from most sightseeing locations: Royal Theatre, Art Museum and Cathedral. The best part though is that it's just steps from the best shopping area in all of France. Brilliant clothing stores, the best boutiques around. European style at its... more

This dreary corporate hotel, now owned by Best Western, makes you wish you never left home. Tiny rooms of utterly banal conformity with no views or amenities. C'est affreux. more

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times since 2000. The last 2 in the smaller one around the corner. The construction crews are visible on the other side of the alley. We were out of the hotel early as we had appointments at Chateau and returned around 6:30. The hotel had just been taken over by Best Western. The... more
