The Hotel Icare is very convenient for the main railway station and bus depot. The room I had was very quite and air-conditioned. It was perhaps in need of some re-decoration but was OK. I had just come off the train and they gave me a pretty good deal for about a week and a half. They're good people and treated me with a relatively large amount of dignity, which is more than I can say about a lot of other places in France. I actually went out to eat and drink with one... more

found this thru tourist info; perfectly decent, cheap, nice staff, easy to get to center by metro.bed was a bit funky, but place was clean and bath modern. more
