This Ibis is very well situated, just over the bridge from Le Mans' interesting mediaeval quarter - well worth a stroll after dinner. We stayed at this hotel and found it to be well situated near the cathedral and open markets. It had underground parking at a modest rate and adequate staff. The room was a reasonable size and clean.
