We found that if you go during the week proceeding Easter you will have much less traffic but alot more people on the street celebrating. The food was very good as was the service at the hotel. We are looking forward to next year! more

Really nice hotel, very nice clean spacious rooms. The staff were very efficient & friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is built into a shopping precinct ( lots of very good shops & bars) about 10 minutes walk away from the centre of town. El Corte Ingles is just over the road & the train station nearby. more

Good location, walking--distance to center. Staff very friendly. Rooms are modren and quite big. Ask for room facing Avda Aurora(front) since room at the back face big mall-parkinglot with lot of AC that makes quite a bit noise. We stayed at Tryp Alameda for 5 days, and I really can't find anything to say wrond about this fabulous hotel. The room was cleaned every day, and the hotel is built in 1999 - so it is quite modern.
